How It Works

Create Your ICP Examples — Use the same CSV format as your leads, with a label column to group examples.

Examples Are Grouped — All rows with the same label become one ICP group. Multiple examples help capture variations in how people describe similar roles.

AI Finds Similar Leads — Each lead is compared to all your examples. If a lead is similar to any example in a group, it matches that group.

Download Results — Get a CSV with each lead assigned to their best-matching ICP group, plus similarity scores.
Tips for Better Results
  • Add more examples — 3-5 examples per ICP group works better than 1
  • Use real profiles — Copy data from actual ideal customers you know
  • Match their language — Use words your target audience uses in their profiles
  • Adjust threshold — Lower (0.3) for more matches, higher (0.5) for stricter matching
